Fitness Friday!


Another week is coming to an end!

I can't decide if this week seemed to go by quickly or if it dragged; it seemed to do a little of both.  Nonetheless, I hope you all stuck to your fitness goals and are ready for the weekend ahead.

This is how I'm starting my Fitness Friday:


4 sets each at 100% Effort
20 second Prowler Push (140/90)
rest 3 minutes between efforts
+ (rest as needed)
4 sets each at 100%
20 sec Airdyne 100%
rest 3 minutes
+ (rest as needed)
4 sets each at 100%
Burpees AFAP x 5
SPRINT 100m
rest 3 minutes
Looks like it's going to be a tough one!

The weekend forecast for my area is looking good, even if a bit hot, so it might just be a good weekend for outside activities.  Hope the forecast for your area is the same (maybe not as hot).  Enjoy!!!
