I am sometimes hit or miss with my Sunday meal prep, but this week I was on point and got it done. It makes life so easy when everything is ready ahead of time. Today's lunch baked chicken, quinoa/brown rice/edamame/kale mix, cauliflower and mixed veggies. 😋
