Meal prep ideas

I try my best to do my meal prep on Sunday evening. Some weeks are on point, others not so much. I do notice a difference in my body the weeks I am good; those are usually my best weigh-in weeks.

I am only preping for 2, so one issue I have is feeling like I am eating the same thing over and over again, BORING! I always look to change things up. Here's a quick easy recipe to do just that:
